"Wonderful"
The hotel is located in the middle of everything; the metro station "Toledo" is on your doorsteps and it's just 4 stations far from Napoli Centralle Garibaldi. There are several nice tratorias and restaurants within walking distance, while Spacanapoli is about 15 minutes walking. The room was cozy and quiet; in spite that it was next to the lifts, it had good soundproofing. Mattress and pillows were really good, hot water in the shower. We would like also to thank the staff; were so polite and helpful. And the chef of the restaurant on the 9th floor for the delicious spagetti with zucchini.

Well appointed hotel close to the centre of the town. Pleasant bar and restaurant on top floor. Room was a reasonable and nicely furnished.

"Wonderful"
Great location, and we were able to visit all the central attractions on foot. Since we had a very large suite, our room was very big with two showers. Our balcony (on the 3rd floor) was very nice, and the dining room balcony on the 9th floor provided an exceptional view. In spite of the central location and our relatively low floor, noise from the street was not an issue. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location ! 5 minutes from the Centro Storico and from all of the shops . It also offered good breakfast . Very helpful staff especially Maria !!

Breakfast buffet with coffee service eas good. Waiters brought coffee promptly but a crumbled eggs on buffet were room temp, not hot. View was spectacular from 9th floor breakfast room. Room is lovely with big windows and outdoor terr as ce.

The hotel was in a great location to access many sights. Loved the 9th floor outdoor space/bar/restaurant - it had a fantastic view. The prices in bar/restaurant very reasonable and the staff were great.

MThe location is good. My room was rather small. Buffett breakfast was more than satisfactory. The restaurant has also a balcony area which makes for pleasant dining on a warm evening. Food was alright.

An excellent hotel, located one minute from the Toledo metro station and the main shopping street. safe area. Walking distance of about 10 minutes to the market area and the pizza street. Across the street there is a supermarket The service at the hotel was excellent, whether if it was at the front desk who recommended places, helped with navigation or whether it was the breakfast service and even the housekeeping, The room was clean and tidy. comfortable bed. Breakfast on the 9th floor was very good combined with an amazing view, the meal was one of the best in Europe in my opinion. Highly recommend this hotel! Many thanks to all the hotel staff.
